Some travel moments just beg to be captured on film. Take this photo of a Turkish woman on the steps of the Blue Mosque in Istanbul. She sits calmly in a sea of pigeons, looking off to a point beyond the photo's boundaries. Her bright blue headscarf stands out against the faded backdrop. Her expression is pensive, and somewhat enigmatic. Who is this woman? What is she thinking? Why is she ...

Pigeons are odd birds. When Barbara Walters came home from being gone for several days, she noticed her apartment ...

Nov 14th, 2007 at 11:41PM: If you're going to be in NYC in the future, do not, I repeat, do NOT feed the pigeons. You could be fined $1000. New York officials are considering implementing a fine for people who feed these birds, and they're also considering other measures like distributing birth control to the birds (seriously! Well, not birth control per se -- some other type of contraceptive.) They might even bring in ...
