Feb 14th, 2011 at 9:00AM: Let's face it: airline lavatories are not the sexiest places. They are small, cramped and smelly – like the rest of the plane, strangely. They are unpleasant places, but they do afford the only privacy you're going to find. So, it's a usual favorite for daring couples looking to join the prestigious "mile-high club." Yes, that club. For those of you not in the know, mile-high club membership ...

Feb 11th, 2011 at 8:00AM: Are you headed into Monday solo? If that's the case, it might make sense to book a quick flight for the most romantic day of the year! Don't spend Valentine's Day on your couch despising Cupid for neglecting you. According to the latest from travel search site Skyscanner, "flyrting" may be your key to happiness.
According to Skyscanner, almost half of all passengers have confessed to flirting ...

Dec 24th, 2010 at 8:30AM: Generally, it's best to avoid an airline lavatory for any reason. It's cramped, smelly and generally not a pleasant place to be. If you're planning to use the lav for something other than its stated purpose, you're going to need to brace yourself. Unfortunately, it really is the best environment on the plane for joining the mile-high club (for those of you not in the know, that means having sex on ...

Dec 23rd, 2010 at 2:00PM: Remember the Air New Zealand Skycouch? It's a new seat that's made the term "cuddle class" pretty popular, as it opens some great opportunities for passenger comfort and mile-high club membership. It's a pretty exciting development in an industry that tends to invest little in customer comfort. The Skycouch makes it possible to turn three economy seats into something of a bed for two passengers.

Nov 2nd, 2010 at 2:30PM: A woman got nailed in the early stages of seeking mile-high club membership. The Qantas passenger was flying form Melbourne to Los Angeles at the beginning of last month. The lights went low, and she and the man next to her let their hands go wild under the blanket. The cabin crew caught on and split up the passengers, who apparently never bothered to try the lav.
The best part: the woman works ...

Oct 5th, 2010 at 3:00PM: Want to get lucky on your next flight? The odds of initiating a perfect stranger into the mile-high club are pretty slim, even if you do know all the right things to say. Of course, you could have a conversation, make a connection and want to make it real on the ground. So, how can that happen? Plugging in and tuning out aren't going to help you much. Instead, you have to roll the dice and be ...

Dec 9th, 2009 at 3:00PM: It was back in 2007 when we first wrote about Lisa Robertson. This former cop turned callgirl turned flight attendant made the news when she admitted to having sex with actor Ralph Fiennes in a Qantas airplane bathroom.
Mr. Fiennes was on his way to speak at an AIDS conference to talk about the dangers of unprotected sex, when he had his unprotected sex with Ms. Robertson.
Since then, she ...

Jul 2nd, 2009 at 12:00PM: Keith Wright, a New Yorker (damn!) felt restricted by more than just cramped airline seating today. On a flight from Charlotte to Los Angeles, he ditched his clothing and did not respond (vocally, at least) to flight attendant requests to put them back on. The mile-high nudist also wouldn't accept the cover of a blanket.
As a result of Wright's defiance, the US Airways flight was diverted to ...

Apr 21st, 2009 at 12:00PM: Joining the mile-high club is bold ... doing it in the crew rest area is beyond praiseworthy. Rather than punishment, awards should be given. But, Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific takes a different view. The airline is investigating this unorthodox use of a Boeing 777, and I'm rooting for the good guys.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, a couple was found coupling in first class seats that fold ...

Apr 6th, 2009 at 1:30PM: It always starts with a drunken model. Always. Cover girl Sarah Hannon was beyond furious when awaking to find her boyfriend, Daniel Melia, engaged in a "sex act" with the woman next to him. It sounds like he had a middle seat and liked it! Hannon fell asleep on a nine-hour flight from Bangalore to London, as anyone would hope to do on such a long flight. Oh, and having bent elbows with boyfriend ...

Feb 12th, 2009 at 10:30AM: It's the most romantic time of the year - which means companies are releasing all kinds of love related news and surveys. The latest comes from British Airways, who did a quick interview of European travelers, and how often they flirt with their fellow passengers. According to the survey, Germans are the most likely to try and hit on you in the sky, followed by the Swiss. The "passionate" ...
