Jul 22nd, 2009 at 1:30PM: In an airlines story faux pas, in a post this past Sunday, I inadvertently switched airlines putting Jet Airways as stopping service instead of JetAmerica. Rats! Then Zachary, a faithful Gadling reader, after dragging himself up from the floor after his heart attack from wondering if his trip to Barcelona is not happening after all, had enough energy left to pop me a comment telling me of my GRAVE ...

Jul 18th, 2009 at 11:30AM: That was quick. In less than two months after opening shop for business, Jet Airways JetAmerica has decided it can't take people from Toledo to points beyond after all. The end of May the airlines had started selling tickets to places like Melbourne, Florida, Lansing, Michigan and South Bend, Indiana with plans to expand to Newark, New Jersey and more. The airlines was to start flying this ...

Jan 31st, 2009 at 5:30PM: In a truth is stranger than fiction tale, picture this: You're sitting minding your own business on a Jet Airways flight from London to Mumbai, India. The story isn't over -- a third Indian airlines, GoAir, responded to both of them with a third billboard saying, ...

This is cool. Kingfisher, a lovely Indian beer and airline, took note of a competing airline's billboard and responded to it with their own. "We've changed," the Jet Airways billboard says. Kingfisher responds with a billboard of their own reading, "We made them change!!" And a guy in a green shirt on another billboard looks away as if nothing happened. [via] ...

India-based airline Jet Airways has introduced a 26-square-foot cabin on its London to Mumbai flight which costs £1200 less than a first-class British Airways ticket. So let's see: £5000+ for first-class, or £4000 for my own private cabin? That's an easy one. As you can see from the photo above, the dual-seat configuration folds down to make a bed, and the 23" flat TV screen ...
