If you don't like what is on their lawns, short of rusted out old cars on cinder blocks DON'T LOOK AT THAT HOUSE. These HOA's especially in Florida have gotten COMPLETELY out of control. MYOB HOA'S or face the residents banding together (listen people!!!) BANDING TOGETHER and dissolving the HOA! Geeze!! OVER IT. MAD AS HELL AND NOT GONNA TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! Go for it!!! Do something other than cry!

Jul 27th 2012 12:09PM This suit serves to example my mantra that society is now responsible for teaching the masses "common rules" of acceptable behavior. (and the proper use of the language).
The hotel was not responsible for this young teachers behavior. She was, what to my knowledge is still assumed to be "an adult". Others, in fact put their faith in her to "teach" their young?! Therefor, as I see it, she, and she alone was responsible for her own behavior. Is it sad? Yes, beyond words! But, will getting a lot of money make her family fell better? I would certainly hope not. Not a fan of the Hilton's by any stretch of imagination, but don't find them at fault for a young woman who didn't feel she needed to stay in control of her own behavior. This sort of law suit needs to be stopped. It's another example of our society out of control and that's all it is.

Jul 27th 2012 11:48AM Ignorance should never be tolerated in any form. That's a huge part of why our society is out of control, because it IS tolerated. If someone doesn't tell the ignorant that they are doing something unacceptable, how will they know? How will they learn right from wrong if not taught it? Many people are obviously NOT getting these "survival" lessons from their birthers, thus it befalls society to speak up and guide or if necessary, push them, in the right direction. Don't blame society if your ignorant spawn needs instruction. A vast majoriety of them can't even speak the language correctly, so what can one expect?
