Intricate Underground City for Homeless Uncovered In Kansas City, Mo. {AOL Real Estate}
Apr 9th 2013 4:46PM While I agree with what you stated, this government is concerned about the safety of the tunnel, (and the fact that they don't get any tax money for people living on the land for free).
Intricate Underground City for Homeless Uncovered In Kansas City, Mo. {AOL Real Estate}
Apr 9th 2013 4:35PM So, is it the thieves that are to blame or the businesses that buy the copper?
Full Disclosure Laws: Janet Milliken Sues Seller, Realtor Over Home's Notorious Past {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 30th 2013 10:21PM Think about the people who bought the house that OJ's EX died at. They got a great price on the house with every intention of tearing it down and rebuilding. The price of property at that time in So. California was pretty high, but not THAT one...
Full Disclosure Laws: Janet Milliken Sues Seller, Realtor Over Home's Notorious Past {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 30th 2013 5:49PM I bought a house that somebody had died in. I also did not know about it. My experience was definitely different. I often heard footfalls and creaking on the ceiling over my head when I sat in the living room. Above the room was where the Master Bedroom was, and nobody was in the room. It sounded as though somebody was walking across the room toward the stairs. My young son, (4 years at the time), used to look up the stairs and laugh and laugh. He would frequently do this. Once, I asked him what he was laughing at and he told me "the clown". He described what it looked like. Ok...I was creeped out by that a little but chalked it up to a vivid imagination. Another disturbing thing is that my dog would also look up the stairs and bark at something. She would often stop dead in her tracks and look over at the stairs, then she would go running over there, look up, and start barking. Nobody else was in the home upstairs at the time. After living there for several months I met the neighbor that lived across the street a few doors down. He informed me that prior to the owners that I purchased the home from there was a lady that owned it who died there. She was found at the foot of the stairs and her dogs were there guarding over her body when she was found. Get this...when she was alive she regularly performed as a clown and her dogs performed with her. Kind of creepy, but I was glad to finally have a confirmation of what I suspected. The house was spirited, and it was not my imagination.

Jan 30th 2013 5:26PM Well, now it won't matter if she discloses that there was a murder-suicide in the house or not because everybody on the internet knows the seller's last name is Milliken and she lives in Pennsylvania.

Hotels That Serve Glorified Prison Food For Breakfast {Gadling}
Aug 18th 2012 10:48AM I stayed at a Howard Johnsons in GATEWAY, (not near enough to Savannah to justify their 100 a night expense). They claimed continental breakfast. In the room, (not so cleanly with lumpy mattresses and dingy towels), the hotel book stated the breakfast was servied until 9:30. We showed up at 8:40. There was nearly nothing to eat. One stale piece of bread, a couple of poppy muffins, (small), plenty of cereal but no milk, plenty of coffee, but no cream or sugar. Although the front desk was not busy, the guy never felt a need to restock or clean up spills. At 9:00 a woman and her 3 little children came in expecting to get something to eat. By then, there was nearly nothing left. Oh yeah, there was still cereal with no milk. She went to the front desk and asked about milk and he stated they were out. So, she meagered out some small muffins for her three kids and one took the cereal dry. After they left, the shameful employee went into the back room and poured himself a full glass of milk. How thoughtless. It was like somebody taking candy out of a babe's mouth. I hope he no longer works there.

Squatters in Littleton, Colo., Couple's Home Refuse to Vacate Despite Judge's Ruling {AOL Real Estate}
Jul 31st 2012 5:21PM Isn't Aurora in Arapahoe County in Colorado? Wow, they have some real messes to untangle there. If a judge ordered them out two weeks ago how come they haven't been arrested for trespassing?
