Jan 7th 2008 11:05AM oopss. I just book a trip to Europe with AA. I stop using online travel sites and booked directly with the airlines but it seems they are becoming bigger and don't care so much about customer services.

Dec 11th 2007 11:03AM Maybe MaxJet don't advertise so much. Advertising is everything. For instance, EXPEDIA spends about 170 Millions /year and that allows them to keep their poor (and unethical business practice). Without that amount of money EXPEDIA should have been out of business long time ago. (read recent complaints abotu them: http://www.expedianews.com). Honestly, I didn't see any Maxjet adds.
