Jun 21st 2011 5:13PM Wrong O Bucko!!! This Judge stepped way out of his boundaries. It is perfectly legal to discipline your child up to and including swats. What is wrong is to beat a child repeatedly or otherwise slug, punch, bite, pinch, burn... Common sense prevails here peeps! If she was abusing that child then acceptable, otherwise this is a no go in any court of law. So my advice to all... Use your head and common sense and you will be just fine. To the Judge...Go back to law school sir, you are lacking.

Oct 13th 2010 8:00PM Well JetBlue is gone. One thing I have learned with American Airlines is this. The Brands we grow to love and trust once AA gets financial control of them they are canibalized. Take just one. Reno Air. I am sure alot of people on the East Coast has never heard of the Biggest Little AIrline In The World but I watched this great liitle Airline grow from 4 aircraft to over 30 with a regional Airline Reno Air Express with a fleat of I believe12 aircraft. Reno AIr was the next big contender in the west and AA didn't like the competition. So in an underhanded deal with the CEO and major shareholder of RA AA was able to gain majority control and within a year Reno Air was wiped off the face of the Airline Industry. RA employees were promised the moon and stars and in the end got nothing more than a Dry F&%#. So a word to all JetBlue personnel. Get out while you still have something to get out with.

Sep 17th 2010 8:19PM The only way the true Americans in this broken society and on this page will stand down is when those who are literally dismantling The United States from the inside out are removed from offices they are abusing the power of. I for one will not rest until all liberals and progressives are removed and cut from government standings. I am not a Tea Partier and am not radical in my views. I am a Patriot watching the country I love implode. This man who refers to himself as an American President and all of his cabinet are a disgrace and cannot be removed fast enough. To all you who say we need to step back are the cowards people like me have and are fighting for so you can act in the disgraceful manner you are. So please grow some and stand for what is right and quit acting like you are owed something. You're not. The United States was and still is a Republic. Nowhere is it written in our constitution or otherwise are we referred to as anything else. Or maybe you should Google our Pledge of allegiance to our flag. "And to the REPUBLIC for which it stands..." because obviously you were never taught. So Google it and be enlightened.

May 20th 2010 2:00PM I have lived in Southern California and also Eastern Washington State where I have on occasion after occasion been witness to or have had situations happen that have not only impacted my life but those of family and friends due to improper management of immigration and in some cases a complete breakdown. First go online and view the news in Yakima or Kennewick, WA. Murders rapes, you name it and 9 times out of 10 it is directly linked to Mexicans. When I was a child my family was attacked night after night for months from a Mexican Family who killed our animals, threw bricks through our windows, continually beat members of my family time after time and eventually led to the injury of two of their family in self defense by my Father. I have had 2 friends murdered in Washington State one of which was a WSP officer who was shot and killed by a Mexican man on a routine traffic stop. The man told friends he was going hunting for white pigs. Anyone can say that these all were just a large unfortunate coincidence. I say because we have no immigration laws in place to screen violent criminals from Mexico who can at their leisure pop back and forth across our borders, commit terrible crimes and then just disappear this is enough in my opinion for states to take matters into their own hands because of a week and cowardous Federal Government. God help us if our 2nd amendment rights are taken away. I agree with Arizona and hope other states will follow suite very soon. Otherwise we are looking at another Civil War. This is what children are learning and if we listen to pleas like this the majority of the time these are the habits we will inherit.

May 20th 2010 1:56PM Here again is the left trying to tug on the heart strings of America. Right is right and wrong is wrong. We either reap the rewards or suffer the consequences of our choices. Illegal Immigrants no matter how they have tried to manipulate our system whether through marriage having anchor kids or whatever are still illegal. Congress in all fairness needs to revoke all rights to these people including the citizenship of children born in the U.S. through illegal activity and do what is right for America. Put the ball back in Mexico’s court and let their Govt deal with the repercussions.

They already call it a war. Let's bring it to their door step. Let's have the kind of focus that we have in other countries finally brought home where it is sorely needed. The White Wash needs to stop on both sides and we need to confront this for what it is and that is a true and real threat to National Security of the United States. Take your focus off the Muslims across the water and bring it to the Muslim influence to our south. If you doubt this you are fools.
