Feb 13th 2011 6:48PM Lady Gaga's definition of a bad day...
King Kong wants an omelet!
Jan 16th 2011 7:30PM Not trying to be rude but...
She was younger and struggling. Now almost 12 years later, Playboy(which is having desperate trouble getting eyeballs on their product) now is releasing photos that have been gathering dust for years because they weren't that good!
Nov 20th 2010 11:09AM Not a big fan of any of the shows by winners of the Next Foodnetwork Star! Just think they are ordinary at best.
Really dislike some of the newer shows that they attempt such as Outrageous Food. Not a slight at the host but seen this already on Travel Channel as Man v. Food and it was done better.
Sort of like Anne Burrell but the show is sort of boring... been there done that. Tell me what is different between Secrets of a Restaurant Chef and Guy's Big Bite. The tan and spiked hair???
Most annoyed by Semi-Homemade Meals only because she finishes every show with a "Fabulous cocktail". Do we really need to get soused to cover the flavor of semi-homemade cooking?????
Aug 4th 2010 3:39PM Not exactly sorry that Jeff Goldblum is leaving but it is not due to him. As someone stated earlier, the stories this year have not been up to earlier standards. No matter how great you are as an actor, there is only so much you can do with chicken s*&t.
Also losing Goren & Eames meant losing storylines like Goren's nemesis who was always so interesting.
Sorry to see Goldblum go but with increasing costs and depleted storys, this show may have jumped the shark.
Jul 30th 2010 10:49AM Amen to that!
Jun 16th 2010 1:31PM Sean Murray is in a little bit of a bad spot in this.
Murray (McGee) is the stepson of the producer Donald P Belassario and his stepbrother is a producer.
I expect Sean Murray to be back but his contract will be the last to be finalized.
Mar 1st 2010 4:07PM Rest in peace and my condolences to his family. He will be missed.
Dec 24th 2009 5:55PM Remember him from early cartoons including one as Popeye's sidekick to Top Cat to a ton of bad tv shows. He was always the comedy relief and was generally better than the material.
RIP Arnold Stang
Dec 21st 2009 9:24PM Much ado about nothing. Besides the fact that for years Hooters sponsered one of the feeder tours for the PGA AKA "the Hooters Tour" and Hooters is a local sponser of many PGA events, Hooters goes out of their way to woo celebrities, especially sports celebrities to their locations. If you take your eyes off the bouncing beauty buttering you up for tips, you might notice that the walls of each restaurant are littered with the picture of a celebrity, like Tiger, surrounded by the staff.
Hooters will take the same picture of you on your birthday.
Mar 5th 2009 11:51PM Pretty good list and the scene in the Longest Day where John Wayne sees his troops hanging dead in the trees is haunting. Would like to have added two films to the list... the Big Parade which was the Platoon of its time for WW1 veterans (the chewing gum scene with a French woman is a classic) and Jean Renoir's Grand Illusion. A great anti-war film. But I am not sure what to remove to add these two.
