I have been a Chase customer for many years. While everything hasn't always been perfect regarding other accounts, I went through the process of a Mortgage Loan Modification. It is lengthy and requires that many forms be completed, submitted and reviewed. However, I am now at the end of the required three month trial period, and I was just notified that my mortgage note has now been reduced by $500/month. I'm sure all circumstances are different, but I just have to say that Chase came through for me.

Mar 1st 2011 9:49PM I have a black cat that is getting older, but back around 1997 to 2001
when she was younger, my husband and I would run every morning for
about a half hour. One morning soon after we began this routine we
noticed that she would run with us but not on the sidewalk, she made a
game of it and ran through the neighbors' yards behind trees and
bushes like she was hiding and stalking. Then one day she decided to
come out from behind a tree and started following us on the sidewalk.
We tried to discourage her from following us for fear she would run in the street and get hit by a car, but we weren't successful. She would slip out of the house when we opened the door and wait for us to warm up and she would follow us. It got to be a daily routine. She was funny and entertaining. I always thought it was bizarre behavior for a cat, but then they are quirky animal with personalities as individual as people.

Feb 23rd 2011 1:36AM I have always liked Jennifer Anniston's hair, no matter what she did to it, but now that she's getting a little older her long hair seemed to make her look a little older. With the new shorter, lighter do she looks young and vibrant. It took 10 years off her looks...not that she looked old even with it long.
