Homebuyers' House Tour Includes Dead Body {AOL Real Estate}
Aug 31st 2012 10:22PM Before downsizing we had our stately home on the market in 2003 and caught a real estate agent and a young lady just about... to get 'frisky'.
He nervously claimed she was his 'client' and he was showing her the house. My wife even commented "It looks like you were about to show her more than that"
It was very evident that between the both of them they couldn't qualify for a mortgage on our 6500 square foot historic home.
They nervously checked out a couple more rooms under my wife's crossed arms, tapping foot gaze...then claimed a late appointment.
In all fairness... When I contacted our agent ... 'someone' listed the house as uninhabited in the MLS listing. It should have read "By Appointment Only." Realtors... go figure.

Lifelong BMW fan gets fitting headstone at death {Autoblog}
May 9th 2010 7:17PM Crazy thing is.... Some future archeologist will stumble upon this and believe it to be a fascimile of some sort of "chariot to the afterlife". Also, after finding BMW dealership signs strewn about... they will think temples were established all over the world to the great god "Beemer".
On an another note:
Do you what is the difference between a porcupine and a BMW? On a porcupine the "pricks" are on the outside.

Apr 23rd 2010 1:29PM One time my dryer broke down and I had to hang the clothes out to dry. A slight hassle... but when I saw my electric bill... I had saved an astonishing 50%!!!! Clothes lines are the way to go.
Also about disposable razors... I use 'em and love 'em. After shaving immerse the razor in a covered jar with rubbing alcohol in it. (I use a cleaned out candle jar) I think the lack of oxygen and the alcohol retards the deterioration of the blade. I can use the same disposable razor for 3 weeks instead of three days. But this doesn't work with those razors that have a "lubri-strip".

Family Autism Story: Three Kids on the Spectrum {ParentDish}
Apr 16th 2010 1:26AM I'm a single dad (widower) w/ autistic twins. I manage just fine. Sure the kids miss milestones etc., but I figure they were so progressed (spiritually) prior to being born that they don't have to learn life's lessons like the rest of us; just the basics (hot/cold, joy/sorrow, etc.) . I feel as if I made some sort of pre-mortal existant pact with them. I view them as princesses from a higher realm, and it's my sacred duty as their father to provide for them and protect them while here in this dross physical state. Anyhoo... For what it's worth mine are the best behaved kids. Much better than normal unruley children. If I tell them its bedtime and to "March!". They start marching. I laugh my butt off. This may sound cruel and the truth usually is... but if you can teach puppies... you can teach these children. Most of the time they are just smarter than their parents.
