Mar 16th 2010 1:00AM Nice post jackie......The lower level of the house we purchased, is totally finished.....Living room with second fireplace.....Large kitchen area, and a hugh bedroom..Not to mention plenty of storage......And the second part of the living room, you can use as a rec area.....Havent put the pool table in yet...lol......Or the foosball, 15 ft bowling alley, or air hockey from the old house, that seems to be sitting doing nothing.....lol.....You dont argue with your mother...LOL......Serious note......Builders are even going back to building smaller homes (been reported in news). And live in your means, or even below it......And have cash when needed.....lol. Thats the secret......Dont let your ego control you....And dont worry what people think......Dont judge a book by the cover...lol....Good luck to you and yours......

Mar 15th 2010 11:24PM Nice post dugandob......I lived in a townhome for yrs alone (most of the time), and recently, moved and bought a home with my mother. My older sister wanted me to live and watch out for her, since a passing in our family. I will say for anyone considering it....Weigh the pros and cons.......You might take on more responsibility (expec, if its a house you, or family is moving in to... yardwork, upkeep, et...), and its just different then being alone and living in a condo or townhome or apt. You gain some things i guess, but give up others.....Sometimes, you have to sacrifice for a better way of life i guess.......lol.

He is, and the women are too...(And halfmoon, im one guy who didnt do anything you state in your post, and no, i didnt watch his speech).Did they not know he was marr?..And he knew he was....lol...His fault, was being married...If he was single (and his religious beliefs and moral didnt matter), he is free to do as he chosses. There's a lot of superficial people in this world, and it shows up in this case, (him thinking he can do what he wants and the women because he is a big golfer). Most of you cant imagine being in that man's shoes and being 30 something. Temptations are all around more today than ever. And he really no more of a pig than some of the women..(and im not even a fan of his), just calling it like it should be called. If most of you would quit buying into everything you see on television and such, and what the media puts out, you probably wouldnt be so disappointed....lol..The sun always shines on TV..LOL..(name of a song by the way)..This man is know different than the other some 300 and some million people in this country....Get a grip...lol. He has money (or should...Movie stars have money to, we all think, until they file bankruptcy, and then the media is so amazed..lol). And this case is no different...The man is a human being and far from perfect..(kinda like you and me....LOL)....
