Fight global-warming by eating chicken {Gadling}
Oct 6th 2008 5:01PM Why don't we just use better farming practices? I mean, think about it: how many of you guys (and gals) can honestly say that you have taken an agricultural based class in high school or college? Get educated in the proper way: books and credible magizines, not random websites. Also, I urge you to encourage farms to go organic and free range and to manage their waste products responsibly (ahem, fertilizer, anyone, or do you prefer biodiesel?)
And PETA is full of BS. If they think something is going to further their cause they will say it, whether it is proven or not- I'm not trying to be offensive, but almost all organizations can do that from time to time.
It is true that you are what you eat. In a consumer- ruled economy we should be making the demand for healthier meat/ animal products known to companies. It is our fault for not having the best quality, healthies meat/ animal products availible because we are not using our lawfully given vioce.

Apr 19th 2007 8:58PM I want one of these! I read almost non- stop, and I own about 50 actual books, so this would definitely cut down my paper use.
