Berry picking looks fabulous, my mouth is watering for some fresh strawberries now.
Jul 19th 2007 10:47PM I am in tears from reading this post. I recognize and can identify with that loss you feel.
It's been amazing to read about your journey to the other side of the world, and I am glad you made it safely home.
Many hugs from Kalamazoo. :)
Jul 8th 2007 12:17PM These pictures of the Great Wall are what I've been hoping you'd show at some point. The mist... the mountains. It's all so incredibly beautiful. This is definitely what I'd want to go to China for. To see that for even an instant... yeah. Glad you're home safe!!
Jun 27th 2007 12:23PM My brain hurts from trying to figure out those pronunciations. ~laughs~ Great job putting that all together!
Jun 26th 2007 5:22PM I love how you wrote this, I could definitely feel the cruise-like feel of your energy in your words. Makes me feel all dream-state myself after reading it.
Jun 26th 2007 1:50PM Yeah... what ctswift said. :)
Jun 26th 2007 12:40PM The hoops! The jumping and twirling and bending and hoops!! ~laughs~
Wonderful descriptions of your frustration. :)
Jun 26th 2007 12:27PM Thanks for writing about this, Ember. The dog slaughter I wrote you about was a result of the Chinese people not being able to afford Rabies vaccinations. And three people died of rabies. So... people just went around killing people's dogs. Instead of finding a vaccine for all of them. I only know part of the story, I hope.
Jun 26th 2007 11:40AM Four hours! Talk about some shopping dedication. ~laughs~
