Oct 13th 2008 9:54AM L'Oreal was at fault for putting the wrong product in the wrong box but....... instructions do say to do a test strip first so I do not think this lady has a legit claim. The fair thing would be for Loreal to send the lady money to have the mistake corrected but thats probably not going to happen. Everyone has turned this into a fight about blond being better than brunette, that is not the issue....... It is about correcting a wrong. Personally I think they should ban over the counter beauty products such as hair coloring except to licensed professionals. Use them at your own risk! Its better to go to a licensed professional than do it at home and end up having to pay double at a salon to have a problem corrected.........

Oct 13th 2008 9:22AM I think this is great! Our town has so many large empty building and new companies come in and build rather than buying and using pre-existing ones. This seems like a win win situation to me, less waste, better deal for new owner rather than building, money for previous owner, less to fill up our landfills. I highly support it!
