Southwest Airlines responds to 'unsafe' planes allegation {Gadling}

Mar 6th 2008 2:45PM I fly Southwest on a regular basis and I mean regular and have had nothing but great service from this Airline and will continue to fly with them.

I think sometimes it depends on how the customer treats the airline employee's. I have seen it many times with customer's being rude to employee's while they are trying to sort things out for them.
