Aug 18th 2012 8:56PM I have a huge China Berry Tree and mesquite tree in my back yard.. I trim on a regular basis ... No matter how pretty a tree is - it must be maintained and kept up ... Cutting Trees completely down is only warranted if the trees are dead or could damage the roof during a storm. I love my trees -they not only provide shade but also put oxygen in the air ...

Jan 21st 2012 8:04AM Sure sales are high! It's because developers are buying forclosed homes by the dozen! One house in my neighborhood listed at $120,000 and foreclosed, was scopped up for 22K. This BS brings our property values down. I don't call this a betterment for the economy!
