Cantor Fitzgerald CEO Howard Lutnick Angers Hamptons Neighbors With Hedge Blocking Views {AOL Real Estate}

Oct 14th 2012 7:00PM I agree with everyone else! Leave this man alone! It's HIS place and it looks beautiful. His neighbors are obnoxious – peeping toms, if you ask me! I say let him have his hedges and let him build his barn too!!
What possible harm can it do? I hope someone shows him these comments. 99% of America is on his side. Whoever is pulling strings and continuing to harass him – THEY should be prosecuted and fined.
I thought this was America! What's going on?

'Sharpie Parties' Wreak Havoc on Foreclosed Homes {AOL Real Estate}

Aug 19th 2012 11:55AM The only time the banks listen is when it hurts their profits. They have had no human compassion at all for those they threw out onto the streets. The trashing of the long vacant foreclosed homes is a message they will actually hear because it reduces their profits (although not by much). The kids are sending the message most adults are too wimpy to send ..."oh the terrible kids ... oh why don't they sit down and take the beating like we do ..." Maybe some don't want to see it this way, but it takes courage to buck a corrupt system and believe me, the kids know about the consequences and risk them anyway.

One Mother's Love Letter to Her Daughter {ParentDish}

Feb 14th 2011 2:45PM I'd love to comment but the tears are running down my face and between my fingers. So beautiful. We can feel the love, actually feel it! Yes, this is what LOVE really is!

Handless Model Tanja Kiewitz Poses in Bra to Promote Disability Awareness {Stylelist (Main)}

Oct 22nd 2010 2:23PM Beautiful! What a great idea - and yes, you are gorgeous. Whoever thought up the line, "I said ... in the eyes!" is a genius.

Qatar Airways flight diverted after pilot dies onboard {Gadling}

Oct 13th 2010 3:58PM Know what I love about Americans? We all think alike on what really matters!
One pilot on the flight-deck is insane. But are American corporations just greedy enough to authorize it? Yep! Let's up enough of us raise enough hell to stop!

Bullied Girl With Cerebral Palsy Speaks Out {ParentDish}

Oct 4th 2010 6:56PM So proud of this dad - he sure is a hero and a good man standing up for all the innocent kids who get bullied. The cruel kids who hurt and frightened this beautiful child understand only the threat of force. Sadly, it's all they respect. Dad did the right thing.

Bus Tours Promote 'Polygamy Experience' {AOL Travel News}

Sep 30th 2010 3:57PM The barbaric practice of killing animals for food and sport is a cultural issue that will take years of intelligent evolution to overturn.
The practice of many wives is a cultural/religious issue. As long as there is no abuse, government should leave it alone.

However – the reader who compared killing a plant to killing an animal must have never had a dog, a horse, a calf, a lamb, or any animal look him in the eyes. Animals have intelligence, loyalty, a great capacity for courage. They even understand humor. They are our biological family, our helpers and friends. The difference is HUGE. A wise man once said, " the man who has never experienced the love of an animal has a part of his soul that has never been awakened."

In Defense of Grown Women Reading Y.A. Literature {Lemondrop}

Aug 29th 2010 10:55PM I honestly think good YA fiction is the best fiction being written today. We don't have to explain why we like it – for example that it's a relief to read uncomplicated fiction when our lives are so complicated. True or not – we like it because it's good writing! The writers are terriffic. The plots and characters are fascinating. Somehow, it can be a world away and yet we feel we can relate to it. In a word, it is actually superior to almost all adult fiction. It's just plain good!

Man Up {MyDaily}

Aug 12th 2010 4:29PM She is an angel, and a good sport too. I agree with the comment telling the Astros to let her throw out the first ball on the next game - make her a hero – the public would love it.
