May 6th 2013 11:37AM They are probably only trying to force the old residents to sell their lots cheap, & move elsewhere,... & then suddenly there would be absolutely no problems with building in the same exact spots,... but it will be AFTER the people standing in the land owners' ways scarf up the land from the land owners cheap because of the problems the office occupiers are creating & digging up from way back when to suddenly enforce now.
I'm sure the papers they are using to cause the problems to the home owners, are out dated & were voided long ago, & I'm also sure the same people causing the problems found those paper, under the papers that void & nullify the papers they are trying to enforce.
When is the next Local Election in Breezy Point? I hope it isn't 1 12 years from now. But even then, makes sure your resident know very well, exactly who they are voting for!!!

My husband & I wanted to put a wishing well over a hidious underground wiring manhole in our side yard, but our HOA said, "No." So, I know how she feels, but a wishing well in the house would a bit wierd. LOL!

Mar 10th 2013 5:22PM The nme of the last place explains what types of reasons those places are abandoned, if u don't recognize any others. Cheernoble was a huge publisized Nueclear disaster!! The one in Africa was hit by drought & massive sand storms that buried everything, making it uninhabitable. Etc., etc., etc.

Dec 17th 2012 3:28PM NASA never was making those claims, or calling it a prediction. Some crazy guy on TV, who wears his hair in crazy styles trying hard to look like an Einstein type personality, keeps calling it that. He also keeps claiming everything in antiquity was orcastrated & even built by alien space critters. My guess is, he knows that no one in his family line could ever be smart enough to build anything, so he figures space critters must have done it all.
I can't remember his name because Ihave a hard time remembering the names of people I hate. The people of South & Centeral Americas should be thoroughly insulted by the things he says about them.

And, the subject of personal religious beliefs & differences of opinion should not be a topic to argue about. Religion is supposed to bring you peace & tranquility.

Nov 25th 2012 7:41AM The locals merely need a serious dose of reality. Show them what a real tower would look like, without the camoflage. It would be a 70 foot tall steel beam eyesore with absolutely no appeal. Be grateful for the ackward palm tree, plan a few around it, & wait until they grow taller. How often have you ever looked up, right in that spot? If the sight of it reall bothers you, stand next to it with your back against it, & look up in a 360' circle around it, ...but don't look at it. And, enjoy better phone reception, that may come in handy. Whiners!!
