U.K. politician curses Starbucks founder - hear, hear! {Daily Finance}
Feb 19th 2009 9:58PM In sep 2000, in colleyville, tx, a barista who sold meth-amphetamine at that store was high and was never fired in spite of our complaints, and accused me in his state of taking a cup off the cup tower while I was in line paying for coffee. I wrote schultz an e-mail to complain, and he referred the letter to an atlanta, ga detective who then convinced the police to try to file "terroristic threats" charges against me, and it wasn't until I threatened 1st, 4th, and 14th amendment suits to all parties involved that they left me alone. long story short, I was exonerated, and the ENTIRE staff of that starbucks on glade rd, colleyville, tx was fired. this shows you something of schultz's character

Speed cameras and red light cameras: Good or bad? {Gadling}
Jan 17th 2009 2:24PM red camera lights use the "corporate" system so that the government can recuse itself from being responsible toward your due process. yet, it is tax funded and fully organized and protected by the government. the same attitude existed with the blackwater security in Iraq. hitler used this same system in Germany, he called it the "favorited industrialist" system. today, those of us in the know call this "corporate fascism".
This method used in the red light system immediately finds you guilty without due process, and it is also a clear violation of the 6th amendment guarantee to face your accuser personally. the camera's blanket decision against you IS NOT constitutionally protected, or a witness.
You can fight this. and win.
