Dec 14th 2011 5:40AM I just have a question, if you buy or rent into a comunity or developement, do you not have to sign an agreement to abide by their by-laws?? If those laws are applied to all equaly, then there is no grounds for a dispute. I am a vet, and I decided to buy a home outside of anyone of those restricted areas. As an independent I did not want to have people tell me what to do on my property. A friend of mine lives in one of those places, after he told me of all the restrictions I said !forget it!
