I think that Germany actually has a policy like Holland and Estonia - zero tolerance if < 2 years qualified, and possibly also if under 21 (maybe 25?).
When talking about pints, remember that a UK pint (20 fl oz) is bigger than a US one (US gallons are still 8 pints, but the pints are smaller).

Feb 20th 2006 6:49AM I agree with comment number 10 about colour pickers. On OS X I use an Applescript to launch the system colour picker outside of any particular app. Just paste this line into a script file and save it as an application:
choose color
I also have the web colour code picker (http://www.luckysoftware.dk/) installed which formats it nicely into web formats. The digital color meter app in applications/utilities is handy too.
