Apr 13th 2011 2:44PM This stopped being a 'family show' a long time ago! Kendra with two sex tapes out there, Kim Kardasian,Holly Madison, (another Playboy 'star'),etc. If they don't let the show die off gracefully, they should at least move it to 10PM and use the 8PM and 9PM time slot for something families can watch together. I don't mind explaining to my kids who a wrestler or a football player is, or even a used-to-be TV star or movie star, but I have a real problem justifying WHY Kendra and some of these others are popular.

Dec 2nd 2010 10:32AM WHOA, there....PLEASE do not lump NaOnka in with Russell. At least HE played the game to the end; no matter how tough it, was he hung in there. She wimped out and took the easy way out, whining all the way. She was just a nasty person from the get-go and I agree with the other posters....HOW in the world does she work with children? And she (and Kelly) should not be on the jury! Anyone who just quits, IMO, quits the game and all that goes with it. No jury, no reunion shows, no paid TV interviews, no nothing. (But really, I was sure happy to see that nasty girl out of there! LOL)

Nov 18th 2010 11:24AM Okey dokey...I just have to add my two cents here. IMHO, Bristol is still dancing because people are voting for her...PERIOD! I, personally, was happy to see someone without a dancing/acting background do so well and come so far. I thought that was the point of the show? As far as the "celebrity' thing goes, once they brought on the likes of Kardashian, Kate Gosselin etc, the 'celebrity' distinction was so blurred that basically ANYONE with name recognition can now be on the show and considered a celebrity. (Watch next season....maybe that guy from the JET BLUE incident will be a big enough celebrity and will be on DWTS. LOL) Besides, as far as having the blocks of voters? I remember back a few seasons when the couples did all kinds of publicity begging people to vote for them. This was all documented on the backstage portion of the shows. (Now they are too busy with all the drama, and injuries and sob stories.) Its become more of a little soap opera with some dancing thrown in than anything else and I think we are watching the last season or two. And don't even get me started with the judges! Geez....talk about drama and exageration. Really? Bruno gets so excited by the dancers he sits with a thesaurus on his lap? LOL And Carrie Ann?? I have yet to see a dance so MOVING that it brought me to tears. YIKES!! Its all about the acting and the drama. And then because a young girl with a political mother and no prior experience is doing what is expected of her, people are up in arms and screaming foul over the voting process? Oh, brother....get a life people! Its supposed to be 'entertaining' for Pete's sake. When did all this drama become the norm for this TV show? If it wasn't so sad it would be funny.........just MY HUMBLE OPINION. (BTW...I am NOT a Sara Palin fan.I don't watch her 'adventure' show or whatever that is and I think her girls are mouthy little brats who should be kept OFF TV and out of the public eye till they mature and learn how to behave and not run their mouths. Again, just my opinion...)

Yeah, that's what she may have had and it would explain a lot of things, especially the 'secrecy' about what is wrong with her. That was the second lead story on all the news stations here in Detroit yesterday and if she didn't pass away, I could not understand all the hype. Oh, well, I have never understood much about Aretha anyway. WHY did she let herself go like that?...WHY does she just scream instead of singing? WHY doesn't she hire a stylist who will be honest with her about the way she really looks in the things she wears?...and WHY didn't I get a vote in the "QUEEN of Soul election? LOL Guess I missed the memo...I have never understood why she was called that. Just MHO

Sep 30th 2010 10:40AM What a bunch of ego-fueled idiots! I think that move is gonna come back to bite them in the you-know-what. They NEEDED someone with leadership skills and Jimmy J. had a proven track record in that area. Marty and Jimmy T. really need to go next....they will be able to get rid of Dan at any time but those other two are really believing their own hype. LOL I saw absolutely no leadership skills in either one of them. And I think it kinda' goes without saying that the Naoka (sp) beast should be voted out ASAP...no one needs to be that MEAN and CRUEL in this game!!! Shame on her! I have to wonder how she was chosen for the show in the first place......the producers knew she would provide 'shock value' maybe? Really, if she manages to stay around too long I will be totally over this show and move on to something else. I like the strategy, the different personalities and, even when I disagree with them, I like the exchange of ideas between people who are strangers one minute and living together the next. I DO NOT like the junior high mentality and mean-spirited behavior of that ghetto chick. She could actually be dangerous or harmful to someone.

Sep 29th 2010 12:57PM YIKES!! The judges are becoming more and more full of themselves! They are acting like THEY are the celebrities and we are watching to see what THEY do and say....trying to be funnier and quicker and more 'out there' each week. Really, who cares? They get sillier and sillier each week. The entire show is heading for the dumpster, IMHO, and I am only watching it with one eye this season anyway. And that 'booing' episode? Yeah, that was for Palin and they can put any kind of spin on it they want but that's what I think it was. BTW...last season wasn't there some kind of warning about NOT booing Kate Gosselin? So its OK to boo for the former Governor of Alaska but not for a reality 'star'? Gimme a break! These silly reality shows are sinking themselves. Michael Bolton was NOT a dancer and never claimed to be. He is, however, a very talented singer. To go out there and try something so far out of his comfort zone took an enormous amount of courage and I applaud him for it. Shame on Bruno!

Jun 13th 2010 1:45PM I agree with you about flying. Not MY favorite way to travel but I 'suck it up' to get from point A to point B more quickly. I have always wanted to cruise Hawaii but I know I could never 'suck it up' long enough for THAT plane ride! LOL The next time you are booking a cruise (which is my absolute favorite vacation!) try Turks and Caicos. BEAUTIFUL!!! We had a wonderful time when we went there and hope to go back again soon. Not too many ships go there.......I also love St. Thomas. Would like to go to St. Maarten also.
