Jan 26th 2010 9:27AM by their rationale, either way the reader will get a message with something that implies the sender was cussing right? if the phone recognizes a word as a cuss word and it isn't then the reader will still think the sender is cussing at them when he/she sees $%^&. so it's pointless.
this feature should be optional. on top of that, the sender will OBVIOUSLY have a chance to edit the text BEFORE they send it soooo this whole feature is entirely pointless!!!!

Jul 31st 2009 8:53AM she would've been better off suing because she got kicked off the team for not handing over her password then suing because the teacher found some messages because she did give them the password. nobody has a right to you password to anything unless it's a legal matter and the judge subpoenas you for it. otherwise nobody can get your password from you for anything. if she would've refrained from giving the coach the password in the beginning, she could've sued if anything happened to her because of it. now she has no suit because she gave them the password.
but then again, she just might win on the basis that the coach had no right to get the password to begin with.

Jun 29th 2009 9:20AM dude, howard stern never makes his guests feel insulted or uncomfortable. he does just as you say, he feeds off of his guests and does a great job doing it. his interviews are always top notch. if you don't like lewdness fine, but you can't argue howards interviewing skills. even when he's not being lewd and he's conducting a serious interview they are always great. he doesn't let anything slide. he asks the questions that people want to know. i have never seen or heard anyone get offended by one of his interviews. so by your own definition howard is a pro at what he does.

the nba doesn't want him to cover it, REEBOK wants him to cover it due to him having a contract with him, and jordan having his own brand. ever heard of CONFLICT OF INTEREST? well thats whats going on here. he's being paid by reebok while showing a jordan tattoo. i'm on his side though. they knew it was there before they signed him and didn't make such stipulations in the contract so screw them.
