Jul 13th 2012 12:43AM I would think that if he has been building this for over a 40 year period of time, there should be some sort of grandfather clause or statute of limitations preventing the county from doing anything about it now! Why did they let it get this far and for so long? He didn't hurt anyone and it is his own property! They should not have let it go on so long if they had seriously intended to do anything about it. They need to leave the guy alone now.
