Apr 2nd 2011 5:02PM Lucy you might look up the hcg protocol (original one not the new ones) and try that i have arthritis all over my body and i literally sound like the rice crispies cereal in the morening and on colder days! also when it rains i retain so much water i walk like an umpa lumpa. i am on the hcg protocol in my 4th round and almost 90 lbs down and i feel much better! i can walk again without the pain telling me to stop 1/4 of the way in and i can even pick my kids up again.

Mar 24th 2011 4:41PM i give my kids a choice between healthy foods!! my kids would rather have a fresh cored apple fo rdesert than cookies and i subbed popcorn and chex 9with extra nuts added to make it more filling) in place of all the chips and cookies they ate before also i use alot of healthy things instead of deep fried in conola oil i shallow fry in coconut oil or olive oil or bake it!! i also choose cereals that are lower in sugar and fat than the generics with all the frosting on them. so it can be a good thing to have them choose between baked chicken or steak with alternative seasoning instead of alot of salt and when i can afford it i use unrefined seasalt when i need the salt or mabey some salad. my kids have no problem with healthy foods!! SO what is this about it being a bad idea to have a two year old choose what they can eat?

Dec 26th 2010 1:47PM yuh i love the grassfed type of meat. for some reason i cant eat anything bu tthat these days....if i try th eregular meat from the store with all th ehormones and forcefed grains in them i get a bad stomach.

Dec 26th 2010 1:45PM We dont really celebrate christmas cause we are muslim but my husband got me a nice ring that he had been wanting to get me for a while. the only thing is that he left the price tag on it and i nearly had a heart attack at the price!! now with the cloths thing i liek getting cloths but my grandma is always giveing things to me that are too big or too small one year she gave my husband cloths htat were actually not his style AND didnt fi tright.... i ended up wearing them cause they were more modest than the stuff my grandma gave me!! i hate getting stuf that you put on a shelf to look at (i already have alot of that stuff and dont need much more) i love practicle gifts that i can use over and over! by the way the majority of my family are christian so we just do the gifts thing to make people happy.
