Oct 15th 2008 8:17PM Our son was 16 months old when we adopted him from Orphanage # 3 in Moscow. My son has always known about it (as he got older we told him ALMOST as much as we thought he should know). He is 8 yrs old now. When he is 13 he will be having his Bar Mitzvah. He has been asking us if for his Bar Mitzvah present, if we could visit Mscow so that "I can see where I came from and compare it with the life you and Daddy are giving me here." Yes he is only 8!!! What a great present this would be!! Disney PLUS seeing where he was from and walking through Moscow as we did when he was a toddler. Just wish they had more days in Moscow, since that is where we were. But it sure has planted the seed of the gift in our brains!!

Mar 20th 2007 1:38AM I haven't seen the show in many years. But how weird! I was home sick from teaching that day and watched it. So, yes, I saw him. I too was shocked when he came up with the amount for the Showcase. But after I was done "Oh my Goding" to myself, I realized, that he was probably just nervous. No big deal. I wonder how embarassed he was though after seeing it on tape for himself?
