Its so reassuring to know that while millions of people are losing their homes, their are still those who can make a killing in a depressed exonomy and afford to squander $55 mil to buy a gawdy albatross of a home. The property tax alone (@ $7.50 for each $1,000 in value in Greenwich CT) will come to about $412,500. per year based on the sales price of $55 mil. and that isn't even including the cost to maintain the property, and the interior operating costs. Hmm.. wonder how many servants.. excuse me "wait staff" they will have and if they will be paying minimum wage?

Sep 1st 2010 12:15AM I have been a WW member at least 6 times throughout my life. Each time I quit was because I HAD NO RAPPORT WITH A SIZE 8 WOMAN CHIRPING ABOUT HOW SHE LOST 15 POUNDS 5 YEARS AGO. I want a REAL SIZED WOMAN WHO LOST MEGA POUNDS AND STILL WORKS AT KEEPING IT OFF. That is the kind of person I want for a WW advisor, coach, mentor, teacher and INSPIRATION. I don't like the organization, I think they are hypocritical and I will spend my money and time where I feel at ease, and supported. That won't happen with people WW deems worthy of their positions. Lynae Remondino is beautiful and would have made a fantatsic WW representive. Shame on Weight Watchers.

His laywer is a snake, the other woman (creeping beauty) is a crazy desperate slut. There are so many men out there, why take one that is a father who belongs to another woman. The irony is, leopards don't change their spots. He did this to wife #1; Eventually he will cheat or worse on wife #2, so if Creeping Beauty thinks she is special and his sould mate, she has a rude wake up call coming. This guy has no soul.

Jul 29th 2010 12:58PM Selling the house and running away in the middle of the night to escape responsibility for a child he fathered and now, 21 years later he is still denying the young man's parentage and refusing to do the right thing. Really a shame he cannot be arrested and jailed for rape. She was only 13. I think he should be given a choice.. 21 years back child support with interest, full acknowledgement of the boy's paternity, a public apology to the girl and her mother or his vocal chords get ripped out and then he doesn't need to worry about his alleged career. And his parents helped him abandon his son.. what scumbag losers all 3 of them are.

Jul 14th 2010 2:00PM Of course it isn't a requirement to donate or give away unsold merchandise. When a retailer destroys unsold items that are usable it shows a level of disregard, selfishness and corporate greed that is disgusting. Ralph Lauren makes massive profits on name brand (and very expensive) designer clothing. With so many people unemployed, underemployed, just plain old poor in today's economy, isn't it giving those shirts (or whatever merchandise) to people who could really use the assistance, the kinder thing to do? When they trash things rather than help a fellow human being its the equivelent of saying "the hell with you, all that matters is that I am filthy rich and i got mine.. don't care if you have nothing."
Shame on Ralph Lauren and JC penney. I can afford to buy Laurens clothing.. but never will again. That kind of attitude is outrageously unkind and ungrateful considering how filthy rich he has becone by ordinary people buying his overpriced items.

Lindsay Lohan does not have a copyright on her first name and it isn't anywhere near the same ballpark as "Madonna" or "Lady Gaga" or "Cher" or "Sting" or "Elvis". She is either truly delusional or has an ego the size of South America.. and speaking of South America, could we please deport Linday Lohan (aka LiLo) so we dont have to watch her bad @$$, arrogant, behavior anymore? If I make the connection at all with the name Lindsay and that spoiled brat its because of her drunken antics, DUI's, probation violations and tryingto evade the court. I group her down there with Mel Gibson and will never patronize any movie or product she (or Mel Gibson) is associated with. Gee, has Mel considered copyrighting his first name?

Maybe he gave her some incurable venereal disease and is paying her to keep quiet so he can earn another billion dollars hitting a little dimpled ball into a hole. Do you think Tiger Woods deserves to make BILLIONS of $$$$ because he can hit a little dimpled ball into a hole? Paying anybody the kind of money he makes, to hit a little ball anywhere, is what is truly obscene. It isn't like he cured cancer or was of benefit to mankind in any way. I am tired of seeing people being paid unGodly sums of money for doing meaningless crap. He can afford the payout and still have plenty left over.

Jun 30th 2010 9:12PM LEGALLY, she is getting what she deserves.. if she was not entitled to it, he would not be paying it. Most of us marry men who make regular guy wages and we get child support and maybe some alimony based on much more modest earnings. The scenario and computatioms change when your husband is a billionaire. Its all calcualted by a mathmatical formula that takes into consideration his earnings and future earning power vs her earning power and the kind of lifestyle they enjoyed together. Legally, she has the right to continue that lifestyle with her children if he can afford to pay it, which in this case, he can. All divorcing people should be so fortunate as to have a billionaire spouse (either male or female) Madonna had to cough up millions to Guy Ritchie in their divorce settlement and he was a millionaire in his own right. Don't hear anybody bitching about that.
