But second hand smoke is not dangerous either. OSHA has proven a bar full of smoke has no worse air quality than any public place indoors.
America is about free choice, let live and let be. Before long nobody will be able to do anything because someone doesn't like it. I don't want to live in Russia. Freedom is personal choice, its just that simple. If smoking is worth cancer then smoke. If brain cancer is worth it for the cell phone then keep using it. It's YOUR choice and everyone should respect it.

Living in a medium size town (60K) I have watched WalMart close 90% of the other chains in town and the vast majority of small businesses too. Yes, their stuff is cheap. And, yes, you get what you pay for.

First they can't do it alone, second any search of a minor without parents or other representation is ilegal, period. They can search lockers, backpacks, etc just because they want to, but to search the kids their are some rules in place.

Instead its someone who didn't know their pic was going to get sent to everyone in school and on-line, yes they are that naive. So, kudos. Hope they prosecute. Kids have learned they can do and get away with anything because of their age. Its time to wake them up, PARENTS WAKE UP. Kids need parents not adult friends.

It sounds to me like it doesn't matter if he was a citizen here, he lost it when his monther was married to a kenyan. At any rate it certainly should be investigated.
