Jul 28th 2012 5:41AM Where does personal responsibility come in?? As tragic as this is, it was a decision she made to drink to excess and then attempt to slide down a bannister. Are we now going to say, bannisters kill? Sad as it is, this was her own fault, not the fault of anyone else.

May 16th 2011 12:57AM Just like doing studies about blacks, hispanics, etc. to whites, it is detrimental to compare boys to girls. When the day comes where we quite making comparisons and just try to help all people in all ways, we will always have problems. Stop the comparisons and work with children as children, not as boys vs. girls, or blacks vs whites. We are all people whose blood runs red. Stop the comparing and help them all!!!

Dec 2nd 2010 11:24PM If the flight was not full, there was no reason to kick the teen off the flight or charge him for another seat.
However, if a flight is full, then yes, buy two seats. Because you are overweight does not mean the person sitting next to you should suffer because they aren't overweight and really doesn't want to be squished all the way to their destination.
And I'm sorry, Jen, obesity is not a disease, eat less, exercise or get surgery. My husband had gastric bypass surgery and not only felt better, but also was more enjoyable to sit next to on the planes.

Oct 23rd 2010 3:07AM I was married for 40 year before my husband was killed in a tragic tractor accident in 'April. 'We were so in love, more than life itself. We had been through the good the bad and the ugly and the uglier and survived by dealing with all of our problems, from financial to extramarital affairs and all that came in between. We were best friends and loved each other more than anyone could ever know when he died. We spent every moment together, except at work and if anyone says that older couples don't have the meaning of true love, they never met us. And sex was not even an issue with us. We loved to have sex as well as cuddling together. It works both ways if you can get throuth all the hardships.

Oct 8th 2010 3:59AM I had no idea how much I loved someone till they were gone. My husband was there for me through thick and thin, the good the bad the ugly and the uglier. He cared for me no matter what I did. Having been abused as a child, I thought for sure he would leave me so I decided that I would hurt him before he had the chande to hurt me. After 40 years, I realized he loved me unconditionally and always would. We renewed our vows in Jamaica after 39 years and on Jan 17 we celebrated 40 years. I loved him more than the day I married him. He was killed instantly in a tractor accident on April 3. There is nothing worse than a broken relationship that you don't have a chance to make right, no I'm sorry's, no last I love you's nothing, no chance to say anything not even goodbye. I wished I'd have known all these years how much he really loved me. How sad.

If you go bankrupt and buy a home like this, you don't know how to manage your money. But don't worry. Just keep spending and go bankrupt and you don't have to pay any of your debts. Nice plan, I guess, if it works. Wow. And I do love her music.
