Jan 19th 2011 8:08AM The verse you reap what you sew has NEVER been more true. If you are shopping at a bargain store you can bet the employees are hardly making a "living" wage. That is to say that other than the store manager no one in the place is probably able to support even a small family on their salary. The old verse comes into play when you are complaining about your job, or these days maybe your lack of a job, or your wages. DO NOT EXPECT TO MAKE A GOOD LIVING IF YOU DO NOT SUPPORT OTHERS WHO DO!!!! Get off the unions, they do not deserve ALL the blame, look at the scum you elect who let all this artificially low priced crap in our country. Take a good look at the news tonite and watch out for Obama and the other politicians kissing the Chinese rear ends in DC!!!!

Jun 10th 2010 4:39PM I love it! Pronger and a couple of his teammates showed what a bunch of talentless, classless goons they are. The NHL was obviously telling the refs to turn their heads to the blatant penalties the Flyers were commiting to please NBC and their sponsors. If the series was called correctly Chicago would have swept them in 4. Just what is a Flyer anyway, a bird, a plane, probably an insect that likes crap! I gotta give it to the Philly fans though, they put the Board of Trade, rich guy, just jumped on the band-wagon, sit-on-their rear-end Hawk "fans" to shame! The UC crowd only reacted after the Hawks did something positive, they are usually playing with their Blackberrys or ordering another 15 dollar Mai-Tai for the woman they brought who couldn't care less about him or the game.

Apr 5th 2010 2:07PM I understand what your saying about being sick of paying for others, but what you and so many don't get is so simple! The people with no insurance and ILLEGAL ALIENS who flock to ER rooms and free clinics because they have no insurance for a variety of reasons are going to continue to get FREE CARE ON YOUR AND EVERY OTHER TAX-PAYERS BACK because when they cannot afford coverage it will be provided to them by the state or fed govt, i.e. the taxpayer! That is the only place this AGENDA can wind up, a national health-care plan. All employers who provide insurance is going to have a right to renegotiate a lesser plan to save money and when doctors are told what they will be paid in the future wait to see how long it takes to get an appt. with one. What will be the incentive for a bright young person with the right to earn a big living to go to med school? What's next, a Peace Corp like med. education where you go for free and then owe the feds 15 years or so? And who will pay those tuitions to the med schools? The tax-payer! Yes, we need reform; just because Obama and the other traitors call it that, that doesn't mean it is.
