Its just hard to believe what people think they can sue for. Shame on anyone who wants to sue for something that they or someone else did carelessly. SHAME ON YOU! Are you that stupid and insecure that you need to make money off of people who did nothing wrong.
I want ENGLISH RULE, where if you try to sue for some questionable act or accident, and you lose, you pay for the lawyers AND GO TO JAIL! Its terrible terrible terrible that we let people make money on being irresponsible and careless.

Folks, we need to boycott taxes, and send a message to our government that they are bloated, making really bad decisions, and exppecting us to pay for it. We just need to stop. The average govt employee makes 25% more than folks with real jobs. Jefferson wanted a lean government, for the people. BY THE PEOPLE. How is it the government employees do less, get paid more, and hire more and more. How come they get different health care than the average american?
We need to get rid of the Federal Reserve, re-instate the gold standard, so the government has to live within its budget, just as it tells us to do. How fair is it they can spend as much as they want and expect us to pay for it. And now, they do everything they can to paint a pretty picture for us, like this claim of LESS UNEMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS? Its simply a misleading lie.

Dec 16th 2010 4:37PM Well you can largely thank the Federal Reserve for inflating our dollar, and our wonderful American Government for taking us off the gold standard. Both of these acts were unconstitutional, just like Bush's Iraq and Afghan wars. How helpless I feel that I cannot take my government to court for not doing their friggin job. Now we continue to pay for their horrible mistakes, and poor elderly folks are trying to spend dollars that are only worth 6 cents (since 1930 value). Since the inception of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve, the dollar is worth less than 4 cents! GOOD WORK GOVERNMENT!

Jul 9th 2010 5:26PM Ha haaa. How funny. As far as I can see, people get tats cuz they think they will somehow make them more interesting, and be "cool", or be like their friends. Often its folks with no money who get tattoos. WHAT A GREAT INVESTMENT OF WHAT LITTLE MONEY THEY HAVE! AND... 90% of women who get tattoos regret it in 1 - 4 years. AND... 30 - 40% will spend money and pain to have them removed, at some point. Also ladies, think about this: I have quite a few friends who have not dated, or broken up with some girl because she had visible tats. No guy I know has broken up with someone becase she DID NOT have tats. All in all, tats say a lot about a person... and for the most part, none of it good.
So again.... HA HAAAA, how funny.

The general level of corruption is bad enough, for gosh sakes! The one who set a great example was Condoleezza Rice. She was a black leader beyond reproach. In my mind, even tho I voted for him, Obama has made totally unconstitutional and corrupt moves already, including playing favorites with billions and billions of our dollars. The government cannot favor one company over another by giving them billions! Folks, that is the definition of corruption. You cannot give GM billions because it was managed soOOoo horribly. You cant bail out financial companies because they were greedy, corrupt, and pathetically managed. THIS IS AGAINST FAIR COMPETITION AND EVERYTHING IN THE CONSTITUTION!
