Apr 3rd 2006 1:54PM I don't think Domain Keys are meant for Joe Public to use or interpret. It's useful because once you can identify the origin server without doubt, server controlled spam lists start to work better.
You can now, for example, block all mail that comes from a certain domain, because you're certain that it actually came from that domain. You could also report spam correctly to the correct origin server (ie, a gmail user sees spam from a yahoo account, and domain keys confirms that it came from yahoo, so gmail contacts yahoo abuse. otoh, if domainkeys says that the mail did not come from yahoo, then gmail needs to contact someone else or block the mail.).
