Jan 31st 2008 11:12PM I am shocked. He really said only the same things as Bush. All he did was limit tax refunds to miccle calss and seniors and specify an amount. It's kind of funny. And he's the best of them all.
This campaiogn stuff must be nothing more than packaging and marketing.
