It will be an even greater day when "We The People" finally catch up with the Law of the Land!! Little things like "Ethnic/Racial background" questions in applications and questionaires continue to extend the idea of slavery. We have had, and continue to have, a rocky road in this "American Experiment". There are more bumps down the road. We are American. Let's be American. Learn from ALL of our history and grow our greater future!

Yes, 9/11 did happen on Bush's watch, but, that was because Clinton refused to act against OBL when he had the chances... USS Cole, US Embassy in two different countries, WTC 93 attack... He was even offered OBL by an ARAB country which had him in jail. Clinton's failure to act led directly to 9/11. As for the "Clinton Surplus", that was created by the Reagan/Bush presidencies with tax cuts and a multitude of other policy changes. Clinton didn't do a thing to improve them, he just sat in the Oral office with Monica, and then lied to everyone about it. And, didn't congress, with only one NAY vote grant President Bush the full authority to take whatever action he deemed appropriate in response to 9/11, and against any country who directed, supported or sheltered terrorists? Yes, W made a few mistakes, but he didn't sell out the country. As for the press, well, it's all Liberal and only reports what Liberals want reported anyway. And, noone is really interested in N.Korea anyway.
Obama's 1st operating budget has a deficit spending figure that is greater than the total deficits of the previous 5 years!! And, that is on top of a stupid 800 billion dollar "stimulus" package. There is nothing new about what Obama is doing. FDR did the same thing... and, that extended the Great Depression for years.. If not for the outbreak of WWII, it never would have ended.
Read your history and get your facts straight before you spout your Liberal "Progressive" feelings next time. You want us to give Obama a chance? To do what? He has, in his first 35 days in office, almost bankrupted this nation; erased years of Welfare reform (signed by Clinton); ensured that your great grandchildren will struggle to pay the deficit that he has already dumped on us, let alone what he has planned for the next two years.
And, Obama has already done more to destroy the Constitution than all the Presidents before him combined!! Look that one up!!! And, when your taxes go up next year, just remember who is taking them from you...

Any questions? Global warming is a natural process, and, more importantly to us all, a policital idea and gambit. And, contrary to what some insist, "most" scientists DO NOT support the idea of "man-made global warming". That concept is also a political ploy. Are we, as humans, having an impact on our globe and it's support system? More than likely. But, to what extent we probably will never know. Think about this concept: More "green-house gases" are put into the earth's atmosphere by cows, horses, donkeys, elephants, etc; than man could ever accomplish.
There are things we can do to lessen our "input", but our congress won't act to ensure we do. Maybe if we change the "atmospheric content" of Congress, we might get some positive things accomplished on both sides of the issue.
