Jerry Orbach's Love Letters to his Wife {Lemondrop}
Nov 24th 2009 3:18PM 11/23/09
Jerry Orbach was great on 'Law and Order', he had the gift of 'gab' and a
salty dry wit. I loved him; was sorry to hear of his passing and that of his
wife, it was clear that he loved her dearly. God bless the soul of them
both, and that of Elain as well. They all left us too soon. Thanks for
great entertainment and a wonderful legacy in show biz.
Dell in a handbasket: Should founder Michael Dell resign? {Daily Finance}
Nov 22nd 2009 3:37PM 11/22/09
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased
the Dell Automatic PC Tune-up; for some reason that
has never been fully explained they could not make the
connection and complete the process. I spent 30 days
trying to get a live voice to explain the situation. When I
finally did, they had the nerve to inform me that because
the 30 days had passed, they could not refund my money.
I made another call and managed to get someone else
to look into it, but I haven't heard from them yet!!
I don't plan to purchase anymore from Dell because the
chain of communications is totally off. You get put on
hold 20 different times and end up with no answers.
So, maybe it is time for the head to become the tail.
Endangered Koalas Face Extinction {Pawnation}
Nov 20th 2009 2:36PM 11/20/09
Not to worry, when the animals become extinct, man is soon to follow:
cockroaches and rats will outlive our best efforts to destroy this planet.
We deserve nothing less!!
Unlikely Best Buds: A Puppy and a Cheetah {Pawnation}

I just love the stories of our animal friends. They serve as better examples
for living than some people; seems like the animals have wonderful social
skills in getting along and growing up around animals that are different from
themselves. Think man will ever develop the ability to do the same with
other people on the planet?
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Reveals He Has Rare Form of Leukemia {Fanhouse NBA Blog}
Nov 10th 2009 1:26PM 11/10/09
Kareem, I have always admired your professionalism, your playing skills and the
way you have handled yourself during your life
in sports. You are a great example of positive
imagery in the sports field. Good luck to you,
in your battle with leukemia, God will be with
you and yours. Will be looking forward to
hearing what you have to say on the subject
in the future, and I'm sure it will help others
who suffer the same illness.
It's the End of the World, and We Love It {Popeater}
Nov 10th 2009 11:46AM 10/10/09
The reason it seems that we like disaster movies
so much, goes much deeper than just wanting to
be thrilled to death; we as a people know that
we don't deserve what we have and subconsciously
we know we have it coming. The Bible teaches us
about the wrath of God, and this particular movie
brings it 'home' better than all the other crappy
'end-of-the-world' flicks because now days we
are living at a time when the kinds of disasters
shown in this movie are possible, probable and
more likely to come a lot sooner than later. God's wrath is upon this world and deservingly so.
We are a selfish, ungrateful, arrogant, Godless lot down here with no reverence, morality or
decency. We mock God and defy his word at every
turn. We turn our back on Him and He will show
us the back of His hand! That's what is coming....
Randy Quaid: From Respected Actor to Suspected Felon {Popeater}
Nov 9th 2009 7:29PM 11/09/90
What in 'hell' makes these people think that running out on a 10K hotel bill is not a crime. Are
they so blinded by the lime light that they don't
see a breach of contract? Besides that, what does
being against the Actor's Equity Association have
to do with paying the hotel bill where they stayed?
People are so egotistical, they think they can run
roughshod over anybody they want to, well I hope
the Hotel people get on their 'case' and hang them
out to dry.
House Narrowly Passes Historic Health Care Bill {Politics Daily}

The womb of a mother should never become the grave of her unborn because
of immorality. If a woman's life is at stake that is another matter.
(Most of the time it is not that prevalent,but birth-control by aborting
seems to be.) Murder of unborn children is an abomination and the blood of these babies is crying up to God and He will judge us for our actions.
If a girl or a woman is raped and I mean (truly assaulted) not the 'play-time thingie' where people play head games with one another by lying, deceiving and manipulating the facts with all other sorts of chicanery e taking place. Generally counseling is in order to bring forth appropriate assistance on a case by case basis. The right to choose death for a baby is never right---instead women should choose to faithfully use protection and not let laziness and lust be reasons for not preventing and doing what is necessary to prevent pregnancies.
That goes for men who 'hit and run' and don't look back to care for the
children that are left on the trail because of their careless acts of self-indulgence
Saga of Animal Control Officer Who Gave Away Lost Dog Ends Happily for Pet Owner {Pawnation}
Nov 7th 2009 1:41PM 11/7/09
So glad the lady was able to get her puppy back and that he was safe. For
a lot of people their pets are all they have and it is sad, indeed, to think that
an animal rescue person would be that mean. It could have been worse and
it just shows that God lends a hand of help to the least of His creatures some
times when we might least expect. With so many things going on the world,
it is just so consoling to know that there are those who still care.
So, 'Happy Days' to the puppy and its owner. God Bless!
Maine Voters' Rejection of Gay Marriage Will Delay Activists' Day in Court {Sphere}
Nov 5th 2009 10:25AM 11/5/09
Gay marriage which barely existed in this country until all the homosexuals decided to uncloset themselves and make the state of marriage which is clearly defined in the Bible as a covenant union between man
woman and God, a redefined effort to usurp moral principles of God. There will never be the sacredness of the bond between two people of the same sex as it is between real husbands and real wives because it is an
un-natural immoral act forced to become something it was never meant
to be. God does not sanction it, so a priest or priestess or whomever takes it on themselves to counterfeit the act can never bless it in true faith. There is no sacriment for homosexuals marrying one another.
Inconsistent purpose, motive and results will always be the ashes left
when immorality tries to drown out what is 'right' and replace it with
decadence.
