Apr 3rd 2007 8:41PM People who jump overboard should be charged $$$$ for their rescues coz i'm sure some are wholly intentional - the runaway bride got him with a fine and community service so it stands to reason that the idiots who jump overboard are just as frivolous and flighty. The same thing goes for hikers who have to get rescued - ante up, folks - the rest of us have to ultimately pay for yer follies.
