Dentist Richard Malouf Builds Backyard Water Park While Charged With Massive Fraud {AOL Real Estate}
Oct 10th 2012 6:56AM Looking at what was written, the word obscene was twisted into another meaning. It's not the water park that's obscene. What's meant to be obscene is this man is getting away with defrauding the state of Texas on the backs of taxpayers. "The taxpayers of the state of Texas paid to build that house and are paying to expand that house for a guy who claims to have made his money treating the people of Texas." The writer used that one line to grab attention. And Glenn, if you're a writer then god help me when I pick up a newspaper. You need to go back to school and learn remedial grammar, punctuation, spelling.....oh..the whole deal.
Minute Makeover: Prevent Kitchen Clutter {Shelterpop}
Aug 8th 2011 10:46AM I agree, it's impractical. I couldn't tell what type of cart was being used for the microwave but having a small kitchen myself, I found that buying a relatively inexpensive microwave cart with a door assisted with storage needs. Also, you can make space under the kitchen sink. I love doing organization in my home and helping others. I've found that people tend to have more storage containers then are needed. Go through them and keep only what is feasible for your family. Many of us have too many "gadgets" that we think we need but be honest...when was the last time you used the spaghetti cooker that only necessitated adding hot water into a tube? You still have to boil the water and wait for the spaghetti to cook. Use a pan. It's tough to let go of items we've spent money on but to be organized, you have to be honest about your needs. The same goes with cleaning supplies, junk drawers etc. Go through it, clean it out, throw it out and watch how much storage space you can find yourself with. Oh yea..and get rid of the magnets, pictures and other forms of art on the refrigerator. It will make any kitchen look disorganized.
Mildred Baena on Love Child: 'It Wasn't Arnie's Fault, It Takes Two' {PopEater}
Jun 15th 2011 7:16AM Double standards. A man cheats on his wife, gets slapped on the back by his buddies for "nailing that one" and the woman gets called a "ho". A woman cheats and she's still called the "ho". The married person, whether male or female, is the person that needs to show restraint and honor their vows of marriage. THEY are responsible for their own weaknesses whether they chase or get chased. The word NO is in the dictionary in case anyone wants to look it up. Pointing fingers doesn't make it go away but I'm tired of people blaming the woman in either case.
Larry Birkhead: Anna Nicole Smith's Daughter Just Like Her Mommy {PopEater}
Jun 14th 2011 1:48PM It's wonderful that most of you knew Anna personally and saw everything that went on her life that made her the person she was. Abused, mistreated, manipulated. You've no idea what life is like behind a drug induced mind. Work in a drug rehab facility or work with alcoholics and see how easily their lives are shaped by forces around them. Judgemental hypocrits. I hope your lives are always clean from faults and your virtue is always in tact. I think the expression is; judge not lest ye be judged. leave the dead alone and stop believing all that is written on rag blogs. I'm certainly blessed that I don't know any of you haters.
'Idol' Hopeful Lauren Alaina Almost Missed Finale {PopEater}
May 25th 2011 8:16AM First off - CHUBBY??? Give it a rest. She has talent. That being said, I was disappointed last night. I called it "LaurenIdol" Last night's show was all about Lauren being pushed front and center and definitely being the singer showcased. They went overboard on the vocal cord scenario. Scotty's two chosen songs were not suited to him at all whereas Lauren got the "heart strings tugged" votes because of the song dedicated to her mother, the crying and hugging that was allowed. The producers really pushed Lauren on the audience last night and said "Scotty who?"
Maria Shriver Hires Detective to Probe Arnold Schwarzenegger's Past {PopEater}
May 24th 2011 12:44PM Okay.. my take. The press will have a field day with this and the ONLY people who are going to get hurt are the children. Whether legitimate or illegtimate, they are innocent victims. Arnold's children already know their father has no morals or scruples. Digging up more dirt will only hurt the children more and cause pain for those women who might have had his child but do NOT want the world to know. They might be protecting their chidren instead of throwing them under the bus. Arnold's children may end up hating their father which will hurt them more because in reality, most children want to love their parent. They will live with severe inner conflict. Marie needs to stop digging, make him suffer for what is already known instead of trying to find more innocent children.
Chelsy Davy Dons Alberta Ferretti for the Royal Wedding {AOL Royal Wedding}
Apr 29th 2011 8:30PM The article said the dress was "made for her by the Italian design house for the day." I think the article should have said it was made ON the day of the wedding. That is a mess and I'm not talking hot mess either. For one, the style doesn't suit her. It's poorly made, even the hem looks pinned up on the side. The other thing I noticed is the teal color on top isn't the same as the bottom. I'm not a catty type of person but I have to agree...she looks like an unmade bed. Also, the caption under the picture should read "Hurry up and give me the stuff before we get inside". Seriously.. it looks as though the guy is reaching into his pocket for something illegal to get her through the day.
Valerie Bertinelli Tells Ellen of New Hubby: 'I Don't Know Why He Married Me!' {PopEater}
Mar 10th 2011 8:34AM What the H*** is wrong with you people? To JD: The quote was "He loved me no matter what. In his way, he's teaching me to love myself just as I am." she said. What does what Valerie say have to do with Ellen being gay? I'm disgusted with the narrow minded bigotry that most of you display. You truly must have rotten lives to have such rotten minds. I don't even pity you because I personally think you're digusting. You all act like you know Valerie personally. You judge people by looks, not by quality of character or how much they can love someone or give of themselves. Grow up, get educated.
Rihanna Doesn't Want Whitney Houston Remake Role {PopEater}
Mar 9th 2011 3:08PM I'm confused. Just because the role calls for singing does it not make it a "role" nevertheless? The movie isn't about her. It's about a fictional character. Is she above those singers such as Streisand and Garland who played the role of singers and did it exceedingly well? I think she's a bit full of herself.
Two 'Dancing' Divas: Did Kate Gosselin and Bristol Palin Ruin 'Dancing With the Stars'? {AOL TV}
Dec 22nd 2010 6:27PM Maybe they should call this show "The Biggest Loser".
