Dec 4th 2010 1:06PM I have seen him on tv before and he makes sence....I recently began following the adivce of Joy Bauer in my Womens day magazine....that was working for me just fine until I confronted some emotinoal turmoil and turned to my best friend food and gained back the 10 I had lost folloing her plan....my problem is more emotional eating than anything and I think finding someone to talk to about it like this is going to be the best thing for me

Dec 4th 2010 12:55PM You are me,I have lost and gained the same 25 pounds over and over and over, enough to make 2 adults. I am so ashamed of the weight I am at right now sometimes I just wnat to cry when I look at myself in the mirror. I try so hard to eat sensibly, and I do exercise I walk everyday, practice yoga 3 times a week and I swim laps 2-3 times a week. I find myself on a roll and then BAM something happens and I lose all self control or I purposely sabatoge myself as like an excuse for working so hard and not getting anywhere...as soon as I can figure out why I do that then there should be a big breakthrough...I am glad I got on my comupter this cold Saturday to avoid housework and came across your blog....it is nice to have soul mates in this battle of the bulge
