Apr 18th 2008 8:08AM This makes me sick to my stomach. You have to be kidding me. I don't care if this teacher was teaching class and his phone rang as loud as possible and he walked out to take the call. HIS DAD IS IN IRAQ FIGHTING FOR OUR FREEDOM! HELLO?!?!
There are time zone differences and the military is not going to bend everything for every soldier to be able to call home at a certain time. It does not work that way. And to the posters who say well there are other ways of communication...did it ever occur to you that most soldiers dont get regular access to computers you spoiled idiotic people? They dont get the luxuries you apparently are SOOOOO used to. If they get a chance for a two minute phone call and ESPECIALLY since he went through the trouble of clearing it with administrators first (I know an awful lot of people who wouldnt), then LET THE BOY TAKE THE CALL!
That teacher and school staff need some humbling. They disgust me.
And my heart goes out to the boy and his family--especially amidst all this garbage.

Feb 2nd 2008 7:31AM A co-worker of mine's daughter had her wedding dress eaten by her sister's dog after it was delivered--one week before her wedding! And it was a discontinued dress! Luckily for her, she called the manufacturer and was somehow able to get one more on RUSH delivery and it got there just in time. So glad I don't have a dog!

I halfway think the pristine white glove look ruins it though. To each his own. I can't imagine how hot and heavy that thing must be if it really is denim...yikes!

Oct 21st 2007 10:29AM I think Smoke is a befitting name for Stewart, as all he ever does is whine, cry, and blow smoke straight out of his ass. I thought this was supposed to be a sport for grown men, not little whiny, crybaby children. Stewart is a good driver, even I'll admit that, but his attitude is HORRENDOUS! I think they should start fining him every time he opens his mouth!
