Sep 10th 2010 2:50PM Having been a bank manager who was present during two robberies I can unequivocally state that this man was not a hero. What he did put not only his life but the lives of everyone in the bank at risk. The robber could easily had an accomplice in the bank who immediately began shooting at the man tackling his partner or at others in the bank. The robber upon breaking free could have shot the man who tackled him or the teller or others in the bank. All bank employees are expected to immediately give cash to any robber gun or no gun. It is just money and NO ONE'S life or injuries are worth sacrificing for money. Tellers can and have been fired for failing to hand over cash to a robber.

Sep 3rd 2010 11:52AM That's right, Jerry. Let's "help" by committing violence against women. I completely agree that these two young women are in trouble and need help. However, hitting them isn't the way to give them the help they need.

Jul 27th 2010 12:08PM I hope the designer had her popcorn ceiling tested for asbesto - many, many of them do have it. If she did scrape an asbestos ladened ceiling she unintenionally exposured herself and others to asbestos which can cause cancer.

Jul 27th 2010 3:17AM Once AGAIN an inaccurate headline. The woman did not lose her seat because she was too thin - she lost it because she was a stand by and they needed the seat for a customer who was confirmed on the flight. Really this is getting ridiculous - this is the fourth time in ten days that AOL has written inaccurate headlines - there are two possibilities - either your editors aren't doing their jobs in catching inaccuracies or, the more problematic of reasons, AOL is attempting to "lure" in readers by writing these misleading headlines. In either case you are not doing your jobs. Shame on you!
