The, he says "I am thankful for the recognition of all my hard work." What work? I have no respect for the Nobel Peace Prize. And, I would feel this way even if Obama was all WHITE!

Jun 15th 2009 8:31PM I actually sat through a youth basketball game where the Ref, who kept accidentally blowing her whistle, said "My bad" at least 100 times. It made me want to scratch out my eyes. Also, never tell me you "axed" me the question like a United Flight Attendant on a recent flight to Florida said over and over and over again! And don't even get me started on "nucular."

Jan 14th 2009 5:22PM Most Stay-At-Home Moms go back to "work" shortly after giving birth. I was packing lunches and driving kids to school, not to mention doing laundry, picking kids up from school, schlepping kids to practice, and making dinner two days after giving birth because my husband had to return to his paying job. It all depends on the woman and how the labor and delivery went. It really isn't a bad thing, if the woman wants to return to work soon after giving birth. I've given birth four times, and let me tell you, there are no days off.

Feb 24th 2008 8:07PM Was in Paris last June. The French are not fat because they smoke like you would not believe. Must ruin their taste buds for all those delicious pastries. I lost four pounds while in Europe.
