Intricate Underground City for Homeless Uncovered In Kansas City, Mo. {AOL Real Estate}
Apr 9th 2013 4:41PM EX REpublican here. I started subcribing to MegaVote.com via Capwiz.com. Its a non-partisan reporting of each bill that gets a vote in Congress. After I saw the bills going through congress and how my Reps voted I switched parties during the Bush era. Perhaps if you knew how and what your reps voted on you too would change. IT was Bush and Republican policies that ruined our economy and Republican Obstruction that has delayed our recovery! To Wit: The American Jobs Act would have created 3 million jobs.Repubs obstructed it. Dems have offered many jobs bills and repubs blocked ALL of them.Meanwhile Repubs havent offered a single jobs bill!
House of the Day: $14.9 Million Buys You a Home Built for Jesus {AOL Real Estate}
May 15th 2012 7:50PM Ridiculous! Jesus wouldnt want all that opulence while poor kids go hungry.He wouldnt want a bar in his home either. This mansion was built as an excuse for some rich worldy clergy to resort to on vacations. And kept that way for years. Zlook at the kitchen, its even ben updated beyond gourmet standards.Gluttony is a sin!
Avoiding Foreclosure: More and Better Options Available Now {AOL Real Estate}
May 3rd 2012 9:23PM Veterans have been excluded from these programs and that isnt fair to the Govt or the veterans . I bought a home in 09 in a rural county for my kids to finish high school upon their moms' passing away. I was misinformed that a short term upswing in the market signaled the end of the crisis. So I bought thinking I could resell a few yrs later. Sure enough the market dropped again and now I have way more house than I need or can care for. So I have few choices.Stay and have problems,shortsell and lose a very good credit rating. If there is a shortsale the VA pays the bank the difference under my VA loan. I am Not in the Tea Party but I hate to see govt have to do that.I am now seriuosly declining in health and need to go in independent/assisted living.There was no rentals available in this county either. So it seems the govt did itself no favor excluding VA loans from these modifications. I am sure plenty of other veterans have houses they need to sell,especially those of us with disabilities.When the family home becomes too large to care for,and/or the spouse leaves, or income drops what are Veterans to do, other than a short sale?I cant honor your suggestion of strategic foreclosure. That just dont seem right. More than anything else financial I take pride in paying my way and on time.
Man arrested for stealing glacier in Chile {Gadling}
Feb 6th 2012 10:17PM Exactly why the mining and oil industries are now spending hundreds of millions of dollars to deny global warming. They dont want it stopped and they understand the damage to other interactive parts of the environment or they just dont care. Almost makes me wonder if Manual Labor is one of their paid bloggers.
Man arrested for stealing glacier in Chile {Gadling}
Feb 6th 2012 10:14PM Glacial ice is the result of high altitude snow which builds up and gets compressed into firn, which then becomes ice. As for manual labor you are clearly never going to do anything intellectual while you call people "libtards" and "bungholes" Global warming is obviously too complicated for you so be smart enough to admit that what you do not understand instead of criticizing and insulting others.
Man arrested for stealing glacier in Chile {Gadling}
Feb 6th 2012 10:06PM You say that it is not real global warming because ther site is small? The Jorge Montt glaceir area is 469sq miles ans from 1975-2000 retreated at the rate of only 11 ft per year. That has sped up to 1/2 mile per year. You lack regard for facts
The Minor Threat: Age-Restricted Communities Evicting Children {AOL Real Estate}
Jan 8th 2012 7:07PM I feel sorry for the kids. Those kids living with grandparents in retirement communititeas have to hide, cant go outside to play? Sad. Every community like that should make exceptions to the rules when there is no other answer. People in general need to learn more to be compasssionate, kind and understanding.

Jun 14th 2011 7:43PM Besides "Lazarus," the 1962 Savoy car I described in earlier comment whom a burning utility pole didnt crush or explode when it burnt through the hood after sitting 14 years we have three other 1962 Plymouths. Im a ill disabled Veteran and this is my kids projects and something to help me have something to leave them. Most days Im not up to helping them anymore, but when I can I go supervise or do easy stuff while they do the hard stuff. WE also have a another White 62 Savoy we later bought my younger son, and named it "Mary". It was a pure original survivor, something car restorers called an unmolested original. Since "Mary" and "Lazarus" are friends we called it 'Mary". Later my son got another 1962 plymouthb-body, they are all the same style, just have different trim or engines. That 62 Belvedere car wouldnt run. It had many problems and needed much
restored unto it! That car we call " Job".Its sideways on our garage wall, he dismantled it all and stored the parts. "job" is awaiting him graduating college and getting a good job to rebuild the engine. Eventually I got my son another car with a 318 v8. Mary and Lazarus are both slant six cars, teens want that v8 image.
The last car:Simply "The Belvedere", because it runs. My son thinks my
nicknames are too corny so I let him name the last one, after all its
his car and his projects. We are selling the car named "Mary" on ebay
now, to get him money to restore "the Belvedere", However I think God
wants us to keep it too. No bids so far. Gods Will indeed will be
done, we will see. maybe my grandkids will drive it someday. they
arent even conceived yet. Faith moves mountains, and cars. Im looking
forward to smiling from heaven at them, Amen

Jun 14th 2011 7:16PM I named my 1962 Plymouth Savoy Lazarus. The car was in the family for years and I got it when I was 17 or so. We thought for years it was a Fury because someone switched the fender tags.My brother had it for some years and tehn let it sit. One day a utility pole and transformer landed on the hood in a Buffalo snowstorm where it had sat behind his work place waiting for me to rebuild it. He called and told me to come get it if I still wanted it or his boss wanted it crushed. The pole hadnt crushed the car but the transformer burned through the hood and melted the hoses, burned one wire and yet miraculously it didnt burn through the fuel line under the hoses! I asked if it would run? We had put slick 50 in the engine to teflon coat the bearings. He put a battery in it and hooked a gas can up to it and it fired right up after 14 years of sitting. He said it was miraculous! I said I had faith in it and the car was an old friend I would have my sons rebuild. One day I was thinking of Lazarus in the bible who Jesus revived. One friend said with my screenname and my faith in God I should call the car Lazarus! Its looking great again and driven, hood was replaced of course, you might say God removed the death shroud from it helped us get it from the resting place and back to live. The car is Lazarus, Fa1thful1's friend lives again but Im not Jesus, And God truly did it all!
