Mar 18th 2013 10:11AM I do wonder if there is a written rental agreement and if it states that he can't keep the loaded weapon in his room. If not, I don't think that the landlord has a leg tos tand on. On the other hand, I don't think that I would want to live in a home that the owner was such a jerk...I also think that perhaps the landlord has another reason on this...perhaps a friend that he would rather have live in his home.

Would also like to comment on the statement of our first "black" president. He is not black...he is mixed race, unless some consider his mother to have only been an egg carrier.
I do think that we should either give the park back to the Native Americans it was stolen from or pay them a rental fee for all the years it has been used and abused by so many.

Dec 4th 2012 12:25PM She thinks that she is hiding her identity as she already knows that she will be called on her actions and behavior. I come from a long time military family and over the years we have not agreed with the way things have been done in the country BUT we all gave and give the honor due the position of CIC, if not the person holding that position. She is indeed a coward and not sure of her thinking. She need not worry as she may soon end up a civilian and then she can come forward and rantr and rave all she wants in public and not in hiding. That community is very small and I am thinking that the powers that be at Ft. Drum already know who she is and she will have a lot of questions to answer. She is showing disrespect to the flag and her oath of enlistment.

Jun 11th 2012 7:11PM When you livei n an area that is controlled by an HOA they take over your life. As I see it, the parents have two ways to go...bite the bullet and abide the rules or move. I havae also noticed that those that head an HOA are usually sour people that have no real life excpet to ake others miserable. On the other hand, there are elections held for board members of HOA and best thing to do if youdon't wnat to move...make yourself known to the people in the area wher eyou live, run for election and do your best to change the fuddy duddy rules out. Mar 8th 2012 9:27PM My thoughts as well. AS far as this old lady is concerned, there is a time and place for all things and nail varnish should not be done on a flight. The odor from the polish can possible make people sick. The claim that people around her said it was ok does not hold water...what were they to do, tell her NO! She seems to be the spoiled sort that would just have done it anyway...opps wait she did do them anyway.
