Is "The Biggest Loser" Still Worth Watching? {That's Fit}
Oct 19th 2010 6:55AM You have a valid point, but remember it IS television. People like the drama. anybody who is morbidly obese has some underlying emotional causes. Getting to be 455 pounds is just NOT normal behavior. I am 25 pounds overweight and always struggle with it. I was heavier at one time. You are correct about one thing, maintenance is a bitch.
Is "The Biggest Loser" Still Worth Watching? {That's Fit}
Oct 19th 2010 6:40AM YES ! Most of the contestants keep their weight off. Is it Hollywood ? Of course ! But the weight loss is real, and there is a doctor on staff. I enjoy the show and it inspires me. I love Bob & Jillian. Does Jillian go too far with her screaming and yelling ? Maybe, but I wouldn't know, I am not in the fitness business. She also tries to get into underlying causes of individual's extreme eating. She certainly gets her contestants to give it their all. Just look at her and that should tell you something.

Jay Leno's 'Tonight Show' Return Is a Ratings Winner {Inside TV Blog}
Mar 10th 2010 5:04PM Jay is simply funnier. End of report. This is not rocket science. He will be a ratings booster and NBC will be vindicated in their decision to bring Jay back.
5 tips for spicing up your travel journals, or how to get beyond "Today I ate breakfast at..." {Gadling}
Feb 22nd 2010 10:07AM I have written travel journals from every vacation I have ever taken. Much to my surprise, they are hilarious ! They get funnier the longer I wait to read them. Stupid fights I've had with my hubby, awful food, and places I loved remind me how much I yearn to travel. And, no, some days I did not feel like writing, just said, "another day in paradise" describing a major thunderstorm to somebody from California was really funny. Aways good for a laugh was describing all the mystery food I triedl. I am glad that I wrote and kept those journals. They are for my use only and when I read them to my husband he tells me he would have forgotten everything I had in those diaries. Keeping a travel diary is a MUST.
'Brothers & Sisters' Flashback Episodes - Even More Casting News! {Inside TV Blog}
Feb 20th 2010 3:32PM I agree totally ! I might have to quit watching this show, the schedule is VERY disruptive and I forget what the main characters are doing. I also forget the lastest drama with everybody. They need a show to catch us up when they are off the air for a lengthy period. HA !

Sans Wedding Ring: Restless Finger Syndrome {BV on Love}
Jan 31st 2010 5:44AM Wearing a wedding ring does NOT protect you from a cheating spouse. My EX wore his proudly, but had a child with another woman while we were married. My current husband ( married 20 yrs) is a handy guy that is always working on something. He HATES jewelry of any kind. OK< I get it. He has been the greatest guy a woman could hope for ! Our love grows daily. I believe that I am the happiest woman on earth.
