Jun 2nd 2008 3:28PM Being from the old school where stretch marks were kind of a passageway to motherhood and scars always told a story, I find it amusing that all these "mothers" of thoday's generation have one concern...to get rid of their stretch marks and/or scars. Now men have bought into the idea that they should have hair removal. A hairy chest on men along with women minus scars and stretch marks are being replaced with the Ken/Barbie plastic doll look. Yuk!

Nov 21st 2007 9:01PM I, too, find removing the bible from hotels a bit disturbing, however, my religious beliefs and spiritual nature do not disappear because someone removes a bible from a room. This class of people do not have the discipline to understand religious beliefs. I prefer a non-chaotic life and that comes with following a few simple rules such as The Ten Commandments. This offends many but like the saying of the day goes: Get over it. Not a saint, but a strong spirit.

Sep 30th 2007 12:44PM I agree with Samantha's comments about nobody thought of taking pictures, however, her comment about "now wonder nobody likes American's" leaves me with a comment of my own...don't come knocking on our door when the neighborhood bullies come around and you need our help physically & monitarily to eradicate what you should be doing as a healthy & strong country. I agree with everything she said about pictures were the last thing anyone thought about, however, the comment "Now wonder nobody likes Americans" should be remembered when "they" come knocking at our door because they are being threatened by the bullies of the neighborhood and want the "ugly Americans" to come and help themm out...physically & monitarily, as usual. I say "stand up to the bullies and help yourselves out and don't come crying to the country that everybody seems to dislke. GO USA! Love it or leave it!

Monday Morning Poll: What Was The Best And Worst Oscar Moment? {Cinematical}
Feb 26th 2007 8:31PM This was not a glamorous Oscar night. It was dull and so were the fashions of the evening as well as the long stringy straight hairdo's on "the stars". Of course I'm comparing last evenings styles with the Ava Gardner, Liz Taylor, Lana Turner, Rita Hayworth, Linda Darnell, Hedy Lamar, of yester year. They just don't make them like that anymore. Actually, they don't even come close. I kept waiting for someone to outshine Michelle Tuzie Channel 7's newsreporter, but before I knew it the show was over and Michelle being the epitome of elegance with her Grecian style hairdoo and her Venus-like green dress that fit her to a T, but no one outdid her in style or elegance.
