Jun 2nd 2010 9:52AM Agreed about Al Roker. He is not even known for being a weather guy anymore... He is pretty much known for the guy that lost a bunch of weight... Kudos for Roker on that, but really... it has nothing to do with weather.. And I was good in the past when they had storm stories on 1 time per day, but now it seems that is all they show.. TWC has lost their soul..

Jun 2nd 2010 9:35AM I love the comparison with MTV. That is exactly the path the Weather Channel has taken. About 2 months ago, we had a tornado WARNING in our area, so I turned on the Weather Channel... What did they have on?? Storm Stories..Did they ever break in?? NO. I am also a Dish Network customer, and I could care less if they dropped TWC.

If you do not work out, cut WAY BACK on your caloric intake. If you do work out, work out more, and cut back on your eating. You will lose weight that way. These fad diets are only good for THE SHORT TERM. Anyone remember Atkins?? Did you know when he died, he was 50-60 pounds overweight??
