Jun 22nd 2010 7:21PM I was interested in how the IRC client works. Turns out that Engadget glossed over how they stay connected. Colloquy is using a 'task completion' 10 minute timer to stay connected. If you don't open Colloquy every 10 minutes, you'll be disconnected. You can also use a 'bouncer' on a desktop or laptop to stay 'connected'.
I'll admit it's probably good enough for 90% of the population, but this isn't as seamless as the review makes it seem.
Also bummed more wasn't said about the browser, speed, and connecting via 3G and WiFi.

Sep 6th 2007 2:28PM They have some HP televisions at Best Buy on the giant wall. They stand out because the lag is so bad on these, the picture changes a whole second after all of the other televisions.
