HOW did she find all good ones??? That's very risky, especially considering the LOW COST OF ALL THE SURGERIES! I can't imagine HOW she was able to pay so little for so much! A single face lift is in excess of $20K... and I'm not referring to the highest surgeons to the stars in California, where it can easily cost much MUCH more.
I'm not a huge fan of plastic surgerby BUT when researched and chosen carefully, it can make a world of difference in self esteem, hencem IN THE REMAINDER YEARS OF ONE'S LIFE... and THAT is worth everything.
Having been very beautiful and worked as a model during my college years, I'm all too familiar with the SEVERE PAIN OF AGING - looking into the mirror and litterally *LOOKING FOR MYSELF*!!! It's devastating.
If I had the funds, there's NO AMOUNT OF MONEY that I would spend to look like I used to. LOOKING WELL IS 99% OF FEELING WELL. And, to looke like *myself* at 55-60 would be priceless.
Let's not forget the icing on the cake: SHE'S BECOME AN EXPERT. How many non-medical professionals can charge roughly $500 for a consultation?

CPR, at the very least an ASPIRIN UNDER THE TONGUE, laying her down on a gurney (for God's sake!!!), using the DEFIBRULATOR, which would have possibly normalized her heart and MIGHT HAVE RESTARTED IT once it stopped beating!!!
This is negligence of the highest order. NO ONE CARED. And the son did everything he knew to do, poor poor man, how helpless he must have felt.

What would help and what would not:
Most nosejobs RUIN the nose, character by removing too much of the bump, creating a very unattractive scooped look. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
THIS IS THE ONLY THING your incompetent, idiot surgeon did right: he didn't eliminate your bump.
The BUMP on a nose is both beautiful and sexy.
PROPORTIONS:
That's the only thing your eye is finding fault with.
The nose is a bit to long and bent downwards unfortunately - This BEND at the tip is what your eye's picking up on as bothersom. This bend WILL BE EXAGGERATED AS YOU AGE and your whole nose will become larger, more exaggerated in time.
Therefore, if you can physically bear to go through another surgery: Find an EXCELLENT SURGEON, have the LENGTH & WIDTH REDUCED a bit and, if if the septum appears too large after that adjustment (computer generated photos), then have it narrowed and shaved A BIT.
Sorry to be so out of fashion with my opinion but, when one already has issues with one's appearance, it should be addressed. You WILL LOOK BEAUTIFUL and you will not look drastically different... just "perfected within your own right/character."
SUE YOUR FORMER DOCTOR FOR A REFUND.
BTW, believe it or not SHORT HAIR often makes a large septum look great. I know a woman whose nose is similar to yours and she usually wears "little" cute hair, as I call it and looks SEXY as hell, always attracting the greatest-looking men!
