Jun 23rd 2010 8:44PM Yeah they got me about 3 years ago, I need some quick cash and i had antique watches and 3 rings with REAL TOP QUALITY RUBIES in them. The rings were as pure gold as you can use for making rings the watches were over 100 years old with hand engravings on them. Well I fell for their line and sent them everything, they sent me a check for $150.00 and they kept the rubies to boot.
Stupid me I went on-line (didn't have a 'puter when I sold the stuff) and found out that the watches alone were worth over $2,200.00 each. That made me sick I didn't have the nerve to look up and see what the rings were worth MINUS my 3 rubies that they kept.
So if you sell to them keep any jewels that are in the items because they sure will.

Dec 22nd 2009 9:27PM I am being a little selfish here but this little laptop would relieve me of alot of pain. I messed my back up about 30 years ago, getting worse by the month. Sometimes I can't get out of bed for 2 or 3 days at a time because of the pain. Have been under s doctors care for about 15 years. I sell a few things on eBay and a few other sites to help make ends meet.
When I can't get up and check my computer sometimes I miss a much needed sale. With this device I could keep an eye on any sales. Again as I mentioned i am being a little selfish here but this would be a god send.

Opened up a bottle of b-------- and up pops a plastic straw, opened up a bottle of R------ R--- and find a dead mouse, opened up a bottle of M----- L--- and found what looked like the worlds hughest snot ball, opened up another bottle of B-------- and found a bandaid. I could go on and on but never let them tell you that things CAN'T get into their products.
Think I'll go and have a couple of mixed drinks now.

Nov 30th 2009 7:40AM I can't figure this out, I am 63 years old and when I was growing up my father cleared $40.00 a week my mother stayed home with the 2 of us. Now we had almost nothing but my mother had a meal (no matter how small) on the table every day. We didn't starve, sure my friends had nicer clothes and new toys and such then we did. I didn't even get an allowance I cut grass shoveled snow etc. to get my money to spend on candy or whatever.
Our mother kept the house spotless and us clean ,never once did they get help from our government. Sure we didn't have the top cuts of meat or veggies on the table most of the time but we did eat. I remember 2 christmases in a row my sister and I got a new coat and 1 toy. We were as happy as could be. Our bills were paid on time dad drove around in an old 1952 plymouth but it was paid for..
People want the best of everything today, food, clothes, delivery pizza and they want someone else to pay for it.
Now there is gonna' be someone on here say *yeah but things were cheaper then* but if you add in inflation things were as high and in some cases higher back then. We are a nation of fat pigs all we need to do is cut back on fast food eat the right stuff and at least get the kids out side to exercise everyday. And yes I have seen people abuse the food stamp program. When I go to buy my groceries (not with stamps) I see these people loading up with pop, snacks a lot of each and bottled water (I don't get that one) I think that people on welfare should have to keep all receipts and give them to their case workers once a month for about a year so the case workers can see where the money and stamp use go. Oh one parting note here. Last job I had I had to do a drug test passed with flying colors. But I needed to do this to get a job people on welfare should have to do the same thing to get help. Boy you would see a big drop in people applying.
