Nov 20th 2009 10:30AM DO NOT buy a Flip video! I bought my Mother one for Mothers Day last spring. I ordered it a month in advance from their website and it NEVER left the warehouse in time to get to her. After SEVERAL phone conversations,when it finally arrived,the new unit did not work. Their customer service people are rude and unqualified,and did nothing to satisfy a customer.I'm thankful this season to get the oppertunity to share this with you. Flip is a total FLOP!
